Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using CraftCert, a product of Crocker Digital Ltd(Company No. 17008789). By using CraftCert, you agree to comply with this policy.
2. Permitted use
CraftCert is intended for:
- CLP classification and label generation for your own products.
- Storing formulation data for products you manufacture or sell.
- Generating and maintaining compliance evidence for your business.
- Using the free compliance checker tools for informational purposes.
3. Prohibited use
You must not:
- Use CraftCert to generate labels for products you do not manufacture or sell.
- Share account credentials or allow others to access your account.
- Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools against the service.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the classification engine.
- Use the service to circumvent or evade regulatory requirements.
- Submit intentionally false or misleading ingredient data.
- Resell, redistribute, or white-label CraftCert outputs without written permission.
4. Rate limits and fair use
To ensure service quality for all users, CraftCert enforces rate limits on API requests. Excessive automated requests may be throttled or blocked. Free tier users are limited to 1 classification and 1 label generation per month.
5. Compliance disclaimer
CraftCert assists with CLP classification based on the data you provide. It does not constitute legal or professional compliance advice. You are responsible for verifying all label content against original Safety Data Sheets and applicable regulations.
6. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Where possible, we will notify you before taking action and give you an opportunity to remedy the issue.
