We help cosmetics makers with the labelling side today. Allergen detection and CLP-vs-cosmetics decision support are live in our free cosmetic labelling checker. The full Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) and SCPN notification still need a qualified safety assessor — we don't replace that.

In the meantime, our free cosmetic labelling checker maps your ingredient list against Annex III fragrance allergens and the required label elements under the UK Cosmetics Regulation. It won't stand in for a CPSR, but it's a quick sanity check.
